"A therapeutic metaphor for our lives"

Past Life Regression

Past life regression is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover memories or events from the past which helps us in our lives today. Are you searching for the meaning of your life? Do you have questions you can't answer but you know your life's purpose is just within reach if only you could unlock the past? We treat past life regression as a metaphor for our lives today, in order for us to gain knowledge and learnings which when brought forward into your life will inform, guide and help you in your life today.

Experiences in our lives present themselves as unwanted patterns of behavior, recurring family and relationship issues, weight problems, addictions, unexplained pain and health conditions, money and work issues finding yourself in the same situation, repeating the same old patterns of behavior  time and time again.

My Past Life Regression

I had a reoccurring dream, where I was in an areophane, during world war 2 which was crashing and I was heading for a school. I knew that I was about to die but I couldn't allow the aircraft to crash into the school. The dream played throughout my life until I did a past life regression as part of my Master NLP Training.

During my session I was taken back and I found myself in the spitfire, the propellor wasn't turning, I felt tremendous heat, and I felt the shudder of the control stick as I was gliding down. I saw the school clearly and the children standing outside looking up at the airplane and I felt a sense of urgency to ditch the aircraft. The surrounding fields were disappearing and the school was becoming larger and larger in my field of vision through the oily cockpit screen. My altitude was dropping fast and I knew that I was going to die but I had to save the children and so I distinctly remember pushing forward on the control lever and the aircraft crashed hit the ground and then blackness, a soothing and calming blackness enveloped me.

The information I recovered seemed accurate and realistic to me. I was an American from New York, I had trained in Florida and I had volunteered for the RAF.

So what was the learning's that I gained?

Well my over riding sense was to "save the children". In my present life I have worked hard campaigning to stop child abuse and to bring the abuses of children specifically in the entertainment industry and in the political world to the publics attention. As a result of this I often said to my friends and family that I was "Saving the children". So perhaps my calling was set up from my previous life where at the end of my life my overriding sense was to save the children from a fiery inferno of a spitfire crashing into a school. So this event has guided my life today.

How accurate was the information retrieved?

After my session more and more information was coming up being presented by my unconscious mind. I knew that the school was in Horn church, in East London. I thought that the incident would have been recorded so I looked it up and sure enough the information that I retrieved seem to suggest real history.

When I was a child we went on a family holiday to Florida and whilst we where there we got lost. I knew where we were and I navigated my father, who was driving the hirer car back to the hotel to my families amazement. When I was a little older perhaps 16 or 17 I walked past an travel agency and saw a cheap flight to New York so I booked two tickets for me and my mother. Again New York felt so familiar to me and I knew where I was and had a real sense of knowing the city like I know London or Birmingham where I grew up and spent my childhood.

So what does this mean?

It means that our lives are more complex and fascinating then we are led to believe by the scientific establishment. Perhaps, we have lived thousands of past lives, maybe that's just what life is here on planet Earth. Maybe we are able to use techniques such as hypnosis to retrieve missing information and whether you believe that what you are being presented with is real or not doesn't really matter, if the information helps you live your life today, then we need to understand and integrate those learnings into our present life, to help us unlock our full potential and live a remarkable life now!

So what are your past lives?

“I then saw the Spitfire at almost zero feet, between the Junior School and the Senior School, the propeller hit the field and it was down. It looked like it was coming straight at me.

“As I turned to run round the corner I heard a terrific bang as it hit the school and a great shower of stones flew all round me. When I looked round the corner I saw the tragic sight of a brave pilot who gave his life to save the school children and the smashed Spitfire.”
