You are here because you are unhappy and dissatisfied with your life, or maybe you are suffering from physical, mental, or emotional pain. 

 

The way we live our lives in the 21st century creates mental, emotional, and physical disorders, which create pain. 

 

We all suffer from dysfunctional programs of the mind; some people are more aware of them than others, such as neuro-developmental disorders, intellectual development disorder, communication disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar and related disorders, depressive episodes, anxiety disorders, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, panic disorder, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative disorders, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, insomnia, breathing-related sleep disorders, restless legs syndrome, and many more. 

 

Mental disorders are patterns of behavioral or psychological symptoms that impact multiple areas of our lives. These disorders create distress for the person experiencing the symptoms.

 

Anxiety and depression are among the most common types of mental health conditions that people experience. 

 

Childhood pain and trauma have turned into a complex trauma epidemic among the adult population of the world. Guilt, fear, sadness, and anger are installed as programs and operate as a default operating system by significant people in our lives who were ignorant of what they were doing. Even if they were highly abusive and damaged people themselves,.

 

This default operating system begins when consciousness meets matter in the womb. Those "programs" grow in complexity exponentially as we travel through our lives, creating many hundreds of thousands of gestalt experiences as we journey through the ritual of life. 

 

When we grow into adults, this default operating program creates our behaviors, and the unconscious uses the programs to run and operate the body in order to keep us alive. As we develop, we add to these programs through our beliefs, values, and strategies, which are formed out of our experiences. This creates our identity, and then we continue the process by repeating dysfunctional models. 

 

The answer to our pain is to change the default operating program, and that changes everything. 

 

The result is the end of emotional pain caused by childhood trauma. The only thing stopping you from living a fulfilled life are the psychological blocks that have changed you from a potentially healthy person into an unhealthy person.

 

We attract unhealthy partners who have suffered similar mental health issues due to trauma in their lives, and we form codependent relationships, hoping that we can give what the other needs, but it never works. We go through divorce or multiple partners, and if the other person is an abuser, that can create more emotional trauma. We can find ourselves going from one toxic relationship to another in a cycle of self-abuse. Our lives are filled with these cycles; there’s thousands of them made up of information gathered from our experiences and viewed through our filters of how we represent the world. 

 

By cleaning up your past traumas, you change the neurology of the brain, and the brain begins to function differently, as it was meant to, before the trauma occurred.

 

Hypnotherapy was the first therapeutic practice in the world. It formed the basis of Freudian psychology. Carl Jung used hypnotherapy and trance states in his work; it has a remarkable effect as a therapeutic practice and was the first incarnation of talking therapy. 

 

In a modern context, we use hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and other techniques to understand the process of how we are dealing with our disorder's and pain. 

 

Then, using deep structure re-engineering, we work together to reprogram your default programs that form your operating system. Change happens instantly and then integrates over time. The result is that you can begin to live a healthy life and feel better now.

 

Healthy is in mind, body, and spirit.

 

How we think affects how our bodies respond to our environment. Our internal environment is as important as our external environment. We program ourselves by talking; how we talk to ourselves and what we take in from others are important. Audio, feelings, smell, taste, and visual inputs all program us.

 

So we must be careful about what and how we think, especially when being judgmental about ourselves. These are the first steps to recovery.

Timeline therapy is amazing and it helps to detach from intense emotional experiences that have caused fears and anxieties. Zed helped me to shift my perspective, let go of those emotions and understand important lessons regarding my past experiences.
