Evaluate Your Life on a scale of 1-10 and look at which area's need improvement.

1. Physical - Appearance, medical, love, exercise programs, weight control, nutrition?

2. Family - Listening habits, love, sense of belonging, forgiving attitude, good role models, children, wife, husband, partner, marriage, divorce, time together, supportive of others, respectful, loving?

3. Financial - Earnings, savings, investments, pay, budget, debts?

​

4. Social - Sense of humor, fun, adventure, self confidence, listening habits, friendships, dating, manners, caring?

​

5. Spiritual - Inner peace, sense of purpose, prayer, meditation, religious study, belief in a God energy or supreme being, belief's about death, belief's concerning an afterlife, belief in yourself?

6. Mental - Imagination, attitudes, values, fears, phobia's, limiting belief's, limiting decisions, continuing education, cause and effect, reading, curiosity, mind pollution?
